CANCELLATION POLICY

💰 Deposit Policy A $15 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure every appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. The deposit goes toward your total at the end of your service. ⸻ ⏳ Cancellation Policy (30% Fee + Deposit Loss) I require 24 hours notice from your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice from your scheduled appointment time or you are a no-call/no-show: • Your $15 deposit is forfeited, AND • You will be charged an additional 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. This must be paid before booking another appointment. ⸻ 📅 Rescheduling Policy I DO NOT allow last-minute rescheduling. Any request to reschedule made in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time counts as a cancellation and will follow the cancellation policy above. You may reschedule ONE time with more than 24 hours notice. Any rescheduling requests made in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will require a new deposit. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes: • Your appointment will be canceled, • Your deposit is forfeited, and • A new deposit is required to rebook. Please message me if you are running late. ⸻ 🚫 No Extra Guests Due to limited space in my home studio, no extra people or children are allowed unless discussed with me beforehand. ⸻ 💅 Nail Fix Policy Fixes are only free within 48 hours and only for product issues (lifting or breakage not caused by trauma or misuse). Anything after 48 hours, or damage caused by the client, is regular price. ⸻ 🌡️ Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer By booking, you confirm you have no known allergies to acrylic, monomer, gel polish, nail glue, gel products, or any nail enhancement materials. I am not responsible for allergic reactions that may occur during or after your service. If you experience burning, swelling, rash, or discomfort at any time, inform me immediately and discontinue use of products. ⸻ 🧽 Foreign Work Disclaimer I do not work over other techs’ acrylic. A foreign soak-off (Fee: $20) is required before starting a new set. ⸻ 🌧️ Weather & Safety If bad weather affects your travel to your appointment, let me know. I will reschedule you without penalty.
